Overall - exceptionally comfortable place with accommodating staff on night shift. Amazing breakfast — a huge variety of meals. Wonderful area, central location so close to good for a short trip as well as Olive Tree. Also, easy to get to Spice Arena. Smooth check-in, parking on-site. Everything good.

The hotel was absolutely great, greatly enjoyed the city view from our a deluxe room. The location was particularly good, just a short walk away from D'piazza Mall. What's more, it was very close to Batu Ferringhi or Georgetown, and industrial estate for business travelers.

Rooms were beautifully maintained, everything was nice. Loved our rooms with big size bed. Had such facilities, like climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Attentive team on night shift. The hotel had a central location all in all everything was perfect.

We were given brand-new and comfortable modern rooms with a wow view, supplies, selection of chairs. The breakfast was above average with 1 portion and beans in tomato sauce and sausages, the restaurant was good.

Excellent service and prompt response to requests. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and the airport. The friendly bellman, Roslyn, was always helpful with recommendations and directions. The hotel also offers fast internet and a decent breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was good base for exploring Bayan Lepas, liked it and venue’s professional staff on night shift. The room was well-equipped with a wow view of the spice arena, and I slept very well. The location turned out to be strategic and comfortable, close to stores and SPICE and Penang bridge and Queenbay mall.

Food was fine and I have nothing but nice memories from this trip. Actually, the room was well-designed and modern with views, it also had wake-up service. The setting was magnificent, so close to the airport shuttle. Bayan Lepas district was worth staying in.
